Telemetry and detection hosted in Azure Australia East
Device telemetry, incidents and the console sit in Microsoft Azure in New South Wales, on private network endpoints, under a policy that denies resources outside the region. The services that sit outside Australia, such as Stripe for billing, are named one by one.

Questions
- Does Jetstone replace my antivirus?
- No. Jetstone works alongside the antivirus built into Windows. It checks that Microsoft Defender real-time protection is on and reads what Defender finds.
- What if Jetstone acts on something legitimate?
- Every action is logged and can be undone from the notification or the console. You choose which actions run on their own with the Watch or Guard preset.
- Is there a managed service behind it?
- No. Jetstone is software with one console. There is no security operations centre and no analyst roster to pay for.
- Which devices does it cover?
- Windows 10 22H2 and Windows 11, 64-bit, for businesses with 1 to 200 devices. Microsoft 365 sign-ins are covered with one administrator consent.
